Hello all,

I have a lot of log mentioning that ptoftpd failed to create directory bescause of a permission denied.

But directory who want to create already exist and proftpd don't have the permission to do it.

Could you tell me if it possible to put a setting to proftpd.conf that say to not recreate all folders path for each transfert?

Thanks in advance for your answer

ProFTPD only attempts to create a directory if requested to do so by the client.  So it's the client that would need to have this option/logic, not the server, to not attempt to create directories that already exist...
