Hello,

I'm currently migrating a FTP server from wu-ftpd to ProFTPD.
The current configuration requires specific UserOwner, GroupOwner, Umask for some directories.

It does not work for chrooted users when using "VRootEngine on".

Putting proftpd in debug mode gives the following information in chrooted accounts :
 in dir_check_full(): path = '/', fullpath = '/'.

So the full path information seems lost when using VRootEngine.

Commenting the VRootEngine makes the configuration works as expected.
Server is ProFTPD 1.3.3g from EPEL 6 repository.

So:
- is this a known issue with VrootEngine ?
- is there an other workaroung than not using VrootEngine ?
